The Combined Martial Arts Academy (CMAA) offers full practical self-defense combined with martial arts. The self-defense systems taught in the CMAA are: Zen Goshu Goshin Jutsu, Cacoy Doce Pares Arnis Eskrima, Japanese Sword Nakamura Ryu Iaido (International Batto Do), and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
